The Role

As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring candidates have a smooth experience throughout the search, by using your communications skills effectively to guide them through the process.

You will be working on Executive Search or Embedded Talent Acquisition (ETA) projects for the best high-growth tech companies in the world and you will have the opportunity to make a change and have an impact on their future growth.

As part of the Talent Operations team, you will be working in a small cross-functional team with a consultant / talent lead and your colleagues from Research & Talent Operations.

You will be the main point of contact between the clients and the candidates and would manage the entire communication within their team.

You will:

  • Connect with potential candidates that match the position that our clients are looking for
  • Read, research, and route correspondence
  • Initiate communications
  • Create engaging recruitment marketing content- draft JDs, messages, job posts, reports
  • Plan and schedule calls/meetings and job interviews
  • Contribute to team effort by performing all the tasks in a timely manner
  • Track & communicate search progress by monitoring and analyzing available data, creating reports, and troubleshooting/spotting bottlenecks in the hiring process
  • Mentor junior talent operations members in your team
  • Organize travel logistics
  • Maintain contact with candidates in the talent pool and with prospects
  • Ensure the best candidate experience possible

You have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, and excellent communication skills (min. B2 level)
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Understanding of the technology world and what business models and companies are shaping our world
  • Ability to work with digital tools and you’re always on the lookout for new systems to improve your work
  • Ability to express initiative and show off your ambitious personality
  • Outgoing and communicative personality who builds and maintains relationships easily
  • Service-minded attitude, always helping clients and candidates with what they need
  • Creative, well organized, accurate, flexible personality and you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Remote work

We are a remote-first company. Even post COVID there are no expectations for you to work from the office, in fact, you can work from anywhere in the world! Of course to fully enjoy TBS culture and meet your colleagues you are welcome to spend as much time in the office as you want as well.

Flexible working hours

We value output over input. It doesn’t mean that input or effort doesn’t matter, but we trust you to manage your own time and get your work done. As long as there is reasonable overlap to standard working hours and you are able to participate in calls and meetings when they occur, defining working hours is up to you.

Well-being days

Back in the olden days, pre-COVID, we did an annual company retreat which involved things like Greece, sun and boat drinks :). In the past year we’ve replaced this by a quarterly well-being day. It can still involve Greece, sun and boat drinks, or whatever else makes employees happy. We inform clients about this, so everyone can have a day of no work emails & relaxation.


It's important to unwind and relax, so next to the regular paid time off you have quarterly well-being days that your manager will push you to take.

Learning budget

Training and coaching

We offer company-level trainings on topics ranging from performance management, time management, and people management. We also have a leadership training which you will be able to participate in together with all other people managers. In addition, you can request a 1-on-1 coaching session with our Head of Learning and Development to discuss your exact needs.

Budapest-specific benefits (Choice of 1 of 2)

  1. Nursery support - our employees can reimburse their kindergarten and day-nursery services up to their monthly cafeteria limit - as it is tax-free, the monthly amount is 21.000 HUF.
  2. OTP SZÉP Card - After taxes, the net payment is 18.261 HUF monthly and you can distribute in between the three sub-accounts (accommodation, catering, and recreational). Please note that the individual subaccounts have their annual limitations
