The Role

As a Senior Tech Support Specialist, you will support the IT services delivered to users within our organization, ensuring that the business processes run smoothly. You will enable people to execute their responsibilities by acting as a technical point of contact, prioritizing incidents, and communicating efficiently with the development team to resolve them. Also, you will be performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management for the specific equipment.


You will:

  • Work closely with our key stakeholders and users to determine their product and service needs
  • Gather and communicate requirements to the development and management team to handle more complex problems
  • Develop training programs for our internal applications and lead their implementation
  • Identify more efficient ways of doing things to improve business processes
  • Help our colleagues to find their way with our internal tools, train other people how to use our tools and systems
  • Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiate supplier agreements, prepare contracts and manage public procurement processes for the needed equipment
  • Manage overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organisation


You have:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
  • 3-5 years of experience solving technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
  • Previous experience with Atlassian tools (Jira or Confluence)
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • An ability to prioritize work
  • Patience and understanding


Nice to have:

  • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot district network-based services: File and Print services, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux or similar technologies
