The Role
As a Senior Tech Support Specialist, you will support the IT services delivered to users within our organization, ensuring that the business processes run smoothly. You will enable people to execute their responsibilities by acting as a technical point of contact, prioritizing incidents, and communicating efficiently with the development team to resolve them. Also, you will be performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management for the specific equipment.
