The Role


As a member of the Embedded Talent Acquisition (ETA) department, you will be working on projects for the best high-growth tech companies across Europe. Together with other Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Operations specialists and Project Leads, you will have the opportunity to impact our clients' growth, building out and scaling entire teams, department and offices. Your work will empower them to make a difference in the world.


As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding, attracting and hiring the right talent for our clients and the projects we support them with. This means owning the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, candidates and building hiring strategies to achieve the set hiring goals.


You will be using the best-in class sourcing techniques and tools to find that needle in a haystack.

Critical for this role are knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, excellent sourcing skills, good stakeholder, candidate and offer management skills, excellent English skills, both verbal and written, great communication skills and curiosity.



You will:


  • Think holistically about how to find the right talent for the role, starting from understanding the requirements, identifying, attracting and interviewing the right profiles and managing their expectations throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on the roles, providing updates on progress, bottlenecks and solutions. Where needed, you will consult or push back to make sure the expectations they have are realistic and can be met
  • Translate Job Descriptions and requirements into search strategies, candidate personas and lists of targeted companies where you will source the talent.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline (both inbound and outbound) and managing it through various ATS systems and tools



You have:


  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role either in house or agency, hiring across commercial or Tech & Product roles
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, qualifying and closing candidates
  • The ability to translate the job requirements into a successful search strategy which will yield the best candidates.
  • The ability to push-back on stakeholders and hiring managers, managing unrealistic expectations
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written and excellent communication skills (min. B2 level)
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and analytical frame of mind and you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of the technology world and what business models and companies are shaping the future.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
