The Role

As a member of the Embedded Talent Acquisition (ETA) department, you will be working on projects for the best high-growth tech companies across Europe. Together with your team of Talent Acquisition Partners, Analysts and Talent Operations specialists, you will have the opportunity to impact our clients' growth, building out and scaling entire teams, department and offices. Your work will empower them to make a difference in the world.

As Talent Lead, you will be responsible for setting up, overseeing (and, where needed, stepping in to get your hands dirty in hiring) for our Embedded Talent Acquisition (ETA) projects, leading and developing your own team of Talent Acquisition partners, Analysts and Talent Operations specialists. You will be acting as a strategic partner to the clients, ensuring the project is running smoothly and goals are met.

Critical for this role is deep understanding of best-in-class recruitment processes, a consultative mindset and bottom-up leadership style.

All Talent Leads are supported by an organization that only has one focus: improving the way we operate so that clients and candidates enjoy a better experience. This includes the People team, Ops & Sales Ops, BI, and of course Product & Engineering. Talent Leads collaborate closely with the leads of these functions to ensure their teams have everything they need and to feed back the voice of our customers and candidates.

You will:

  • Lead Embedded Talent Acquisition projects and act as Interim Head of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager for our clients and work with your team of TAP's and coordinators to successfully execute on them.
  • Set up hiring plans, goals and KPI's for your team that will allow you to deliver the results and keep projects on track
  • Be an advisor to project stakeholders and HR/People leaders and build long-lasting relationships with them. Work with them to set the project up for success and manage expectations
  • Lead and grow your team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Operations through coaching, mentoring and performance management

You have:

  • Deep understanding of best-in-class recruitment processes.
  • Experience in hiring and scaling tech, product, or commercial teams either in-house or in agency
  • Experience and love for working in a high-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in leading a team (3-6 people). Experience in leading remote teams is a plus.
  • Ability to teach and mentor your team members
