The Role
As a member of the Embedded Talent Acquisition (ETA) department, you will be working on projects for the best high-growth tech companies across Europe. Together with other Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Operations specialists and Project Leads, you will have the opportunity to impact our clients' growth, building out and scaling entire teams, department and offices. Your work will empower them to make a difference in the world.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding, attracting and hiring the right talent for our clients and the projects we support them with. This means owning the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, candidates and building hiring strategies to achieve the set hiring goals.
You will be using the best-in class sourcing techniques and tools to find that needle in a haystack.
Critical for this role are knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, excellent sourcing skills, good stakeholder, candidate and offer management skills, excellent English skills, both verbal and written, great communication skills and curiosity.
